Dr. Bipin Sharma, Founder and CEO of Existential Counselors Society, brings more than a decade of clinical leadership to the organization. With a doctoral background rooted in counselor education and supervision, he has dedicated his career to advancing evidence-based and existentially-informed treatment for men navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. As both a licensed clinical professional counselor and NCMHCE, Dr. Sharma shapes ECS’s therapeutic philosophy — ensuring that every client is treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis. His work spans direct clinical care, the training and oversight of emerging counselors, and ongoing contributions to the broader field of counselor education.
