We’ve made the path to care as straightforward as possible. Here’s what to expect from your first call through your first day.

Prior to admission, all clients must complete a medically supervised detoxification. This ensures each individual is medically and psychologically stable and safe to engage in a structured residential treatment program. Your safety is our number one priority.

ECS accepts referrals directly from hospitals and licensed medical facilities. The referring facility initiates contact with our intake team on behalf of the client, providing relevant clinical documentation to support the admissions review. Referrals can be sent directly through our secure link on our website.

Our admissions coordinators conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine whether our program is the right fit. Our team works carefully to match each person with the level of care that will give them the best possible outcome.

Upon clinical approval, our team verifies the client's insurance benefits and outlines any financial responsibilities. If you do not have health insurance or are experiencing financial hardship, we will make all efforts to work out a manageable payment plan option.

Once these steps are complete, the client is formally enrolled at ECS. Upon arrival, they meet their treatment team, complete admissions paperwork, and receive a full orientation to the center and program.

A personalized treatment plan is implemented within 24 hours of admission, with individual therapy, group sessions, and care starting right away.
Service fees vary based on services provided, insurance benefits, and ability to pay.
Our philosophy is to provide all individuals challenged by addictions a therapeutic community that is affordable no matter the circumstances. ECS promises to ensure a dignified recovery process for all of our clients that begins with the first point of contact. Consideration is given to the unique needs of each client and their financial situation. Any information discussed is strictly confidential.
If you do not have health insurance or are experiencing financial hardship, we will make all efforts to work out a manageable payment plan option.

Dedicated fitness and workout areas are available on-site to support physical health and well-being throughout your recovery.

If you are a social worker, case manager, hospital discharge planner, or licensed counselor with a client who meets our criteria, use the secure referral form below to initiate the process. Our intake team reviews all referrals and responds within 24–48 hours.

Your safety is our top priority. All clients must successfully complete a full medical detox and be deemed medically and psychologically stable by a licensed physician before enrolling in our program.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) are not currently offered within our program. Exception: clients on monthly injectable medications administered prior to admission may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
